Because Spa Ah GoGo is dedicated to the highest quality experience, we have these guidelines and policies for your understanding.

While securing date, please confirm number of guests in your party and the treatments they wish to schedule.

Please make every effort to include any changes or additions within 72 hours prior to appointment.  No additions can be made less than 72 hours prior to start time. 

At the time of scheduling, a 50% deposit is required; balance is due 72 hrs prior to appointment.

Changes to, or cancellation of, your scheduled time must be made 72 hours prior to avoid forfeiting the deposit.

Once the appointment time has been reserved, any guest or individuals that cancel less than 72 hours of appointment, or no show, may not receive a refund.

Payment in full guarantees your appointment time and date.

Start time of appointment will be confirmed. Once allotted time for appointments has been met, with 15 minute grace period, our therapists and technicians will begin to depart.

It is the responsibility of each guest to inform their therapist of any pre-existing conditions or injuries or health concerns.  Please inform us if anyone in your group has any allergies.
